Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds are handled for digital music and merch sold through Oncor.io.
Last updated: February 12, 2026
1. Marketplace model
Oncor.io enables direct-to-fan sales by artists. Refund decisions may depend on the product type, delivery status, and local consumer law.
2. Digital releases and downloads
- If files were not delivered due to technical failure, buyers can request support and redelivery.
- Where digital content has already been accessed or downloaded, refunds may be limited by applicable law.
- Where required by local law, cancellation rights may apply until digital delivery starts and consent is captured.
- We may issue goodwill refunds in exceptional cases (for example, duplicate charges or confirmed platform error).
3. Physical merch
- Damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered items are eligible for review.
- Refund or replacement outcomes may depend on fulfillment evidence and artist policies.
- Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or due to seller/platform error.
4. Fraud and abuse
We may deny refund requests that show signs of abuse or fraud. Repeated abusive chargebacks can lead to account restrictions.
5. How to request a refund
Contact support@oncor.io with order details, purchase email, and reason for request. We aim to respond promptly, typically within 5 business days.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
