We welcome broad creative expression while protecting artists, fans, and rights holders. Below are the core guidelines for publishing on Oncor.io.

AI disclosure

Artists must label releases as 100% human, Human + AI tools, or Made with AI. Disclosure must stay honest and match the actual creation process.

100% human: no AI tools used
Human + AI tools: AI used for some production steps
Made with AI: primarily created with AI systems
Suno imports cannot be labeled 100% human

Upload limits

Safety systems watch for unusual upload bursts to protect artists, fans, and rights holders.
Most creators won’t notice these controls during normal publishing.
Maximum 50 tracks per release
Audio file-size limits are format-based (not trust-tier based) so long-form works are supported.
Allowed formats: audio (MP3, WAV, FLAC, AIFF, AAC, OGG, M4A) and images (JPEG, PNG, WebP).

Prohibited content

Copyright infringement and unauthorized impersonation
Hate speech, harassment, or violent abuse content
Spam and bulk-generated uploads with no creative intent
Fraudulent metadata and deceptive release packaging

Enforcement

Reported content is reviewed. Violations can result in takedowns or account suspension. If you believe a decision was incorrect, contact support for appeal.

Moderation standards and examples

AI training and scraping

Oncor content is for listening, buying, and creator storefront use. It is not a free training corpus.

Do not scrape catalog pages, downloads, or metadata for model training without rights-holder permission.
Do not use Oncor content to fine-tune or benchmark AI systems unless you have explicit rights to do so.
Automated extraction at scale may trigger blocking and enforcement actions.
